The surrounding resort environment — gardens, pools, outdoor relaxation areas — is part of the therapy. Arrive early, use the hydrotherapy circuits or pre-treatment facilities, and resist the urge to rush. Treatment menus at resort spas tend to be broader than at standalone venues, reflecting the diverse clientele and extended dwell time of resort guests.
