What to Expect

A visit to Gravedad Cero Centro de Flotación | BOGOTÁ Bogotá in Bogotá follows the day spa format: no overnight stay, no extensive check-in ritual — just focused, professional treatments in a calm environment. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any intake forms and settle into the atmosphere. The reception team will walk you through the treatment menu and ask about pressure preferences, skin sensitivities, or areas of focus before you begin. Treatment rooms are private, and the pace of a well-run day spa like this one is unhurried without being slow. Day spas typically operate on a tight booking schedule, so arriving on time helps the therapist deliver the full session you've paid for. Popular time slots — weekend mornings, Friday afternoons — book up quickly, so advance reservations are strongly recommended.

Visitor Tips

• -Book your appointment at Gravedad Cero Centro de Flotación | BOGOTÁ Bogotá at least 3-5 days in advance, especially for weekend slots. Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings are the busiest times at day spas in Bogotá.
• -Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This gives you time to fill out intake forms, change, and settle into the spa environment.
• -Communicate clearly with your therapist about pressure preferences, allergies, and any areas of pain or sensitivity. Adjustments can be made at any point during the treatment.
• -Avoid heavy meals, caffeine, and alcohol for at least two hours before your visit. Light hydration is fine and recommended.
• -Leave valuables and jewelry at home or in a secure locker. Most day spas provide robes, slippers, and towels for your visit.
• -If this is your first visit to a day spa in Bogotá, start with a classic 60-minute massage or facial rather than an intensive multi-treatment package.
